Upon receiving your application and acceptance, you will receive an email confirmation. The service begins immediately as it is fully personalized and binding.
Our team assists with application review, information verification, translation (if needed), and form completion support.
Authorities may request additional documentation. If not provided within the required timeframe, your application may be canceled without refund.

Issuance of the certificate depends entirely on the authority. We do not guarantee issuance; our service covers assistance, processing, and support.
Fees include our service charges and any third-party or authority-related fees. Additional courier costs, if any, are borne by the customer.
Our service fee is 99 EUR, charged upon application acceptance, and is non-refundable.
If your application is rejected, we refund the government fees (if applicable), but not the service fee.
You may review and correct your application before making payment. Once confirmed, changes are no longer possible.

Issuing authorities make the final decision. Applications may be rejected or delayed. We are not responsible for delays or costs related to missed deadlines.

All legal disputes will be governed by Spanish law and settled in the courts of Barcelona.
